A new add-on service from Versaccounts, Shoebox allows you to upload and securely store technical drawings, scanned invoices, contracts, signed purchase orders, customs manifests – you name it – and then relate them to accounting transactions. You’ll never need to hunt for supporting documents again!

Shoebox uploads any file type to Amazon S3 servers using AES-256 encryption technology. For additional security, Shoebox automatically strips documents of their (often-a-little-too-descriptive) filenames, then randomly reassigns serial numbers prior to storage.
