Responsibilities Include:

  • Functional Testing of VersAccounts Small Business ERP suite. Isolate, replicate, and report defects and verify defect fixes
  • Working with defect tracking software
  • Create clear, concise detail oriented test plans/cases based on requirements
  • Execute and evaluate manual or automated test cases and report test results
  • Develop, document and maintain functional test cases and other test artifacts like the test data, data validation, harness scripts and automated scripts
  • Ability to understand and create test plans from specifications or verbal communications/discussions
  • Liaison with development, project management, and customer support and help out other departments when needed
  • Ensure that validated deliverables meet functional and design specifications and requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Diploma degree in Accounting related studies
  • Strong Accounting knowledge. You will be working with a complex ERP/Accounting system
  • A meticulous approach to work
  • Clear communicator (written and verbal) – to ensure ability to write test plans and test cases. To communicate and document bugs to developers and other stakeholders
  • Ability to focus on deadlines and deliverables

OVERVIEW

VersAccounts is seeking a highly motivated, achievement driven Account Manager at its corporate headquarters in Portland, Oregon. This position may work remotely but will be required to attend occasional meetings at the company headquarters. The Account Manager responsibilities include working with Product Development, Client Services, and Marketing leaders to nurture sales leads, conduct client reviews, and maintain detailed records of client activities.

The ideal candidate is a quick learner and team player. The Account Manager is responsible for meeting monthly targets on a consistent basis. The ideal candidate will be able to clearly articulate VersAccounts’ business value proposition and build sustainable relationships with VersAccounts clients and prospects.

We are seeking an Account Manager with:

  • A proven history of building client relationships
  • Experience presenting solutions, preferably to technology and business leaders alike
  • The ability to efficiently understand client objections and demonstrate the value of the VersAccounts ERP solution

RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Process Activity

  • Consult with small and medium sized business leaders to understand and address mission critical, business-oriented needs and how they can be best addressed using the VersAccounts ERP solution
  • Develop and maintain relationships with the executives, decision makers and influencers at target prospect accounts
  • Build organizational charts for each target company using VersAccounts CRM and Marketing Automation systems
  • Record and manage all activities in Pipedrive.com; activities include daily use of the following fields: Contacts, Accounts, Opportunities and Forecasts.
  • Use standard VersAccounts sales material to create compelling proposals for VersAccounts research and advisory services
  • Use publicly-available information tools (google alerts, LinkedIn, etc.) to gather information about customers and prospects
  • Make the required number of daily outbound calls to qualified sales leads and current clients

Product Knowledge

  • Can clearly explain the value of VersAccounts Cloud ERP to a prospective client
  • Familiarity with competitive ERP providers

Attitude and Professionalism
